You had been eagerly anticipating your interview with USCIS. It was going to finally be the day that the case would be approved and the green card would be issued. That is, until your interviewing officer informed you that your case required a "waiver". You’re told that you have 30 days to submit it or face being denied and placed into deportation proceedings.
