Bryan Perez, youngest son of John D. Perez, received his B.A. from William Paterson University, graduated with his Juris Doctor from the Quinnipiac University School of Law, and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in New Jersey, including the U.S. Federal District Court for District of New Jersey. Bryan Perez manages the Family-Based Immigration Department of the Firm and personally gets to know each and every one of the clients that he represents before USCIS. Appeals of USCIS adverse decisions are filed to the Board of Immigration Appeals or Administrative Appeals Offices. Often times, worried and anxious clients retain Bryan in an effort to salvage a case that had been mishandled by a former, inexperienced attorney.
